ELEVATE YOUR IRAC

ARE YOU READY TO FINALLY

PASS THE BAR EXAM?

It’s easier than you think. And you already have what it takes.

ELEVATE YOUR IRAC

ARE YOU READY TO FINALLY

PASS THE BAR EXAM?

It’s easier than you think. And you already have what it takes.

Imagine sitting down at your computer on day 1 of the bar exam and you feel confident. You have a plan in place.

No freezing.

No overwhelm.

No running out of time.

No leaving answers blank.

49 point increase!

Your process works. I went from a 116 on the written portion of the bar exam to a 165.2! I boosted my score on the MEE/MPT by 49 points and passed the Kansas bar exam with a 289!! This is literally an amazing testament to your coaching. I honestly wouldn’t have felt this good about the bar exam without you!”

- Jessica T.

Kansas bar exam, Feb. 2022

26 point increase!

“Before learning the Elevate Your IRAC method, I had failed the North Carolina bar exam. I had more bar prep resources than I knew what to do with since I had purchased many of the resources sold by the “big-box” bar prep companies. After working with Yohanna, I felt more confident. I had a plan of attack when I came across an essay, even if it tested material I wasn’t familiar with. Anyone who doubts whether they can pass the bar exam, with Yohanna’s method you can do it. Don’t waste weeks doing things that don’t work.”

- Sierra H.

North Carolina and Hawai’i bar exams

55 point increase!

“I was able to boost my overall score by over 55 points! Before learning the Elevate Your IRAC method, I felt overwhelmed and believed the bar exam was impossible for me to pass. I didn’t understand how to organize my thoughts or how to understand the material so I could recall it when it mattered. Yohanna made the bar exam digestible and a challenge I could accomplish. She taught me to better organize my thoughts, writing, and where to spend my time. I learned how to organize my essays, attack the issue head on, and how to use all the facts. Her method instilled a CONFIDENCE in me which helped me get a high enough score to practice in any UBE state!”

- Sam S.

North Dakota bar exam, Feb. 2022

If you’re here, I know becoming a licensed attorney has been your dream for a long time. Maybe since you were 8 years old.

You want to help people. You want better pay, to make a bigger impact, and yes—pay off those law school loans.

But passing the bar exam hasn’t gone the way you thought it would.

You were told:

  • “Complete the bar prep course and you’ll pass.”

  • “Get your MBE accuracy to 65% and you’ll pass.”

You did what they told you to do. You practiced thousands of MBEs. You worked through endless outlines. You tried to check every box in your prep course.

And yet, here you are. Still struggling to get a passing score.

  • Right now, MBEs likely feel like your biggest challenge.

  • Without realizing it, you’ve avoided the written portion because it feels intimidating.

  • And you never thought it would take this long.

Now, you feel delayed and stuck. Because you're overqualified for a paralegal job, but not licensed to practice. You watch friends move on while you still feel in limbo.

The next exam is only months away. Part of you believes you can do it. Another part is terrified of failing again.

You’ve tried to stay accountable, but self-doubt, comparison, and perfectionism creep in.

You’ve already spent a fortune on bar prep that hasn’t worked.

And you’re exhausted. From law school. From studying. From carrying this dream that feels heavier every time you pick it back up.

The thought of studying again makes you say...ugh.

But then there’s that whisper:
“Try again. Don’t give up. Finish what you started. You can do this.”

Deep down, you know God has a bigger purpose for you.

Passing this exam would change everything.

You dream of seeing your name on the pass list. Of celebrating with your family. Of proving to yourself what you’ve always known:

I was meant to be an attorney.

And if you’re wondering if I can help, the good news is:

I can. You’re in the right place.

If you’re like most bar takers who are struggling to pass the bar exam, you’ve spent 80–90% of your time trying to improve your MBE accuracy.

You’ve been told: “Just practice more.” So you do.

But here’s the problem:

  • MBE-heavy prep doesn’t work. The questions on exam day never look like the ones you practiced. It's always as if they pull the rug from under you.

  • The MBE has no partial credit. A computer grades it. You either get the question right or you don’t.

  • So all that time and effort spent practicing thousands of MBEs, down the drain.

Your bar prep course hasn't worked either because it was designed for JD grads who only need a review course.

But if you are struggling to pass the bar exam, you need more than a review.

So a bar prep course won't help.

Meanwhile, you’ve ignored the written portion -- the one part of the bar where you have more control.

What if there's another way?

It’s not that you can’t pass.

It’s that you’ve been putting most of your energy in the wrong place through no fault of your own (MBEs).

And you've been relying on a bar prep course that wasn't designed for where you are in your journey.

What I didn't know the first time I took the bar exam is this:

The written portion is the easier part to improve.

So I, too, followed my bar prep course to a tee and the MBE-heavy strategy everyone else was using.

And failed the bar exam the first time.

It wasn’t until after that failure that I realized:

  • The written portion is where the points are.

  • It’s where you can predict the questions better.

  • It’s where graders reward you for effort and structure, even if your answers aren't perfect.

This realization changed everything.

It’s how I went from failing to passing the bar exam in Florida, Maryland, and Texas.

And it’s how my clients are now passing, too.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Yohanna Romero Baca.

I didn’t plan on becoming a bar exam coach. I started right where you are.

After law school, I did everything bar prep told me to do. I thought checking all the boxes was the key to passing. Instead, I failed the bar exam the first time. And it was devastating.

But I didn’t stop there. I figured out what actually worked and went on to pass the bar exam in Florida, Maryland, and Texas. I discovered that the shortest route to a passing score was by leveraging the written portion. That process became the foundation for the framework I now teach inside Elevate Your IRAC.

For 15 years, I was in private practice. Then my niece came along, struggling with her own bar exam journey. I taught her my framework, she passed (yay), and I realized I loved coaching so much that I left my attorney job help shape the next generation of attorneys.

Now, JD grads from across the country come to me when they’re tired of trying everything else and still not passing. My clients regularly raise their written scores by 20–40+ points and finally see their names on the pass list.

Why? Because I know what works. This framework isn’t theory. It carried me through three states, three bar exams, and three passes. And it’s now carried dozens of my clients to results they once thought were impossible.

If you see yourself in my journey, know this:

You’re not broken. You’re not behind. And you are absolutely capable of passing this exam.

I’ve been where you are. I know the way out. And if you’re ready, I’d love to show you.

High-Scoring MEE and MPT answers are the boost you need for your score.

Elevate Your IRAC & Pass the Bar Faster

The written portion is your advantage.

If done well, it’s where you show graders you’re ready.

It’s where your score can climb by 20, 30, and even 40+ points.

It's where you can make up for any points you miss on the multiple-choice.

The good news?

Writing is a skill.

And like any skill, it can be learned and improved.

Even if writing hasn't historically been your forte.

If you want to pass, you have to Elevate Your IRAC.

So… how do you write a high-scoring answer? How do you do it right?

Let's break it down.

  • Stop wasting time on ineffective study methods. Learn to study effectively so you don't waste time on things that don't move the needle much in your score.

  • Master the IRAC Like A Pro formula so you know how to IRAC so well that it even makes up for any points you miss on the MBEs.

  • Up-level your mindset so you overcome procrastination and self-doubt. Squeeze every ounce of value from your bar prep time.

Elevating your IRAC doesn't just happen. It's not luck. It's not guesswork.

It happens when you follow a proven formula-one that I created and have used to help countless students write high-scoring answers and pass the bar.

  • +27 points to pass the Nebraska bar with a 284!

  • +29 points to pass the Illinois bar with a 283!

  • +40 points to pass the North Dakota bar with a 306!

  • +41 points to pass the Oklahoma bar with a 292!

  • +49 points to pass the Kansas bar with a 289!

All using the same formula.

I'll show you exactly how to do it...step by step.

INTRODUCING

THE ELEVATE YOUR IRAC

8-WEEK PROGRAM

In just 8 weeks, you'll learn my simple Step-By-Step Formula so you can start drafting high-scoring answers fast.

No confusion. No wasted time.

Just results.

Are you doing the same thing and expecting different results?

Take control of your future and get started on a different path.

Here’s how we do it inside Elevate Your IRAC:

1. Study to Pass Method

Learn rules in a way that resonates with your spirit so they actually stick, especially the highly tested ones, so you don't waste time on things that don't work.

2. IRAC Like a Pro Formula.

A step-by-step formula for writing high-scoring MEEs and MPT answers so your answers are so good they even make up for points missed on the MBE.

  • What to include and not include in your answer.

  • How to write an issue statement so you aren't simply flipping the question.

  • How to write a rule paragraph that isn't too short or too long.

  • How to analyze the crap out of the facts so you aren't just retelling the story.

  • How to start your analysis paragraph with a bang so bar exam graders see quickly that you are ready to go out into the world as a licensed attorney.

3. Rounds of Feedback.

This is where you improve your own answers week after week and create your attorney voice.

In this process, you'll learn to let go of writing like a law student and start speaking with authority as an attorney would. Bringing your attorney voice to life can be one of the factors that boost your score the most.

4. Mindset Coaching.

Weekly calls to help you rebuild belief, cut the overwhelm, and stay accountable to yourself.

This isn't an exam you can cram for. It requires your active participation, so having the mindset to stick it out is key.

You'll learn to process boredom, FOMO, overwhelm, and all the emotions that inevitably come up during bar prep. This work could be one of the biggest factors that gets you across the finish line.

5. Evaluate.

Evaluate what's working so you can do more of what is and less of what isn't.

We meet every Tuesday and Thursday via Zoom to review a MEE or MPT submission from the week.

As we work through the answer, we walk through common pitfalls, smart strategies, and subtle improvements that make a difference.

It's a space for honest reflection, steady growth, and sharpening your bar exam instincts.

Practicing each week ensures that by exam day, writing strong essays and performance tests is second nature.

That’s it.

Strategy + Mindset + Reps.

Now you are starting to see what elevating your IRAC will do for your score.

WHAT DO YOU GET ?

This Intensive is GOLD. You’ll walk away with deep-dive strategies, clarity on exactly how to raise your score, and a fire in your belly to step into the highest version of yourself during bar prep.

Weekly Coaching & Mentorship

After the Intensive, the live portion of the program begins. From then until bar exam day, we meet twice per week for one hour each day:

1️⃣ Strategy Call: Each week, we’ll workshop an MEE or MPT together, troubleshoot challenges, and help you implement the Elevate Your IRAC process with precision. It's in these rounds of feedback that you'll improve your own answers and create your attorney voice.

2️⃣ Mindset Call: This is where we create success from the inside out. You'll strengthen your belief, manage doubt and overwhelm, and step fully into your attorney identity.

These calls are designed to ground you not only in strategy and mindset, but also in the deeper spiritual resilience that fuels clarity, courage, and conviction.

Whether through reflection or anchoring in purpose, you'll receive support that honors both your preparation and your spirit—so you stay aligned, motivated, and accountable all the way to exam day.

(Note: We’ll pause for the December holidays to allow for rest and renewal.)

Imagine this:

  • It's Day 1 of the bar exam.

  • You sit down to write, open your laptop, and follow a simple, step-by-step formula.

  • You finish on time, with answers you know graders will reward.

No more freezing.
No more rambling.

Just clarity. Confidence. Results.

Elevate Your IRAC: Just $1,500

Why does Elevate Your IRAC work?

  • Created by someone who also failed the bar exam the first time and knows what it's like. I have firsthand experience doing what I was told to do, failing, and then figuring out what works.

  • Built for busy JD grads with a job and limited time. If you don't have time to waste doing things that don't translate into points, this program is for you.

  • Step-by-step formula that is easy to follow and implement. No "use the facts more" without showing you exactly HOW to do it

  • Targeted for those who have struggled with the written portion of the bar exam and want to improve their writing. Fills in what law school and generic prep missed.

  • Focused on getting a significant boost in your written score, not just a few points. The goal is to do so well on the written portion that you pass the bar exam even if your MBE score doesn't move much.

Bottom line:

This program was built for where you are in your bar exam journey.

This is how my clients raise their written scores by 20, 30, even 40+ points.

It’s how they go from repeat takers to licensed attorneys.

And it’s how you can finally see your name on the pass list.

Don't Take My Word For It.

Hear It From My Past Clients:

“THE ELEVATE YOUR IRAC FORMULA WORKS! The only way it won’t work is if you don’t do the work or if you don’t work on your frame of mind.”

“Invest in yourself. Bar exam prep is isolating and even worse when you've previously failed. Join a program that understands the emotions and physical/mental toll of bar prep. ”

But Yohanna, writing isn’t my strength. Can’t I just memorize rules and pass?

Nope. You've tried that. It hasn't worked. It's not a memory test. Whether it's an MBE or an MEE, you have to know how to apply the law to answer it correctly. Memorizing just doesn't cut it. And when you understand the law, writing is where the real points are.

But Yohanna, MBEs are my real challenge. Can't I just practice more MBEs this time?

The MBE is half your score. But so is the written portion. And unlike the MBE, the written portion is the "easier" of the two to leverage because the questions are more predictable and aren't graded by a computer.

In the worst-case scenario, if you know how to write well, you can make lemonade out of lemons if you get tested on a rule you don't know.

You don't get that luxury on the MBEs.

The truth?

You are 2 MPTs and 6 MEEs away from passing the bar exam.

FAQ’s

When are the calls and what time?

The weekly calls take place on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 p.m. CST.

Are replays of the live calls available?

Always! Replays are available of all live calls, even when there are guest speakers.

How long do I have access to the course?

Access to the course remains up until bar exam day, this way you have all the materials you need to prepare.

Is this program good for a first-time bar exam taker?

Although the program was designed with repeat takers in mind, anyone will benefit from elevating their IRAC, including first-time takers. If you're already doubting whether your current IRACing skills will get you a passing score on the bar exam, I recommend that you take Elevate Your IRAC before taking it the first time. This program will help you improve your chances of being one and done.

How is this different than other programs I’ve taken?

This program is different because it fills the gaps left behind by your law school's 1L legal research & writing class and bar prep course. I don’t just teach you to IRAC. You already learned to IRAC in law school. I teach you how to IRAC well and how to use it strategically for the bar exam. In this program, you’ll learn how to structure arguments well under time pressure, apply rules with precision, draft strong rule paragraphs, and issue-spot like a grader expects so you don't approach MEE and MPTs like a law school final.

We also focus on how to study so you walk into exam day fully prepared, rather than underprepared as you were the last time.

And just as important, mindset coaching is built into the program. Because the truth is, you can have the best strategies in the world, but if you don’t know how to handle the discomfort of bar prep, you’ll abandon ship when it gets hard. My clients often tell me that the mindset work they did here was the game-changer -- the reason they stuck with it and finally crossed the finish line.

Why should I spend all this time and money on a Program that only deals with half of the exam?

The Elevate Your IRAC 8-Week Program does NOT only deal with half of the bar exam. Inside the Program, you learn how to leverage the written portion of the bar exam to pass. However, you will also learn to study properly so that you walk in prepared, confident, and ready for anything bar examiners throw your way on 80% of the bar exam (MBE/MEE).

Didn’t I already learn how to IRAC?

Yes, you did learn to IRAC in law school! And if you are leaving points on the table on each essay and performance test, then you can benefit from elevating your IRAC to new levels.

Learn to IRAC Like a Pro so you can boost your written score by 20, 30, and even 40+ points and finally pass.

With my detailed training, formula, and feedback, you will see a significant improvement in your answers.

My promise to you is that at the end of the program, you will know how to draft high-scoring answers.

Isn’t learning to elevate my IRAC too hard?

Nope! You won’t be learning how to become a Pulitzer Prize award-winning author.

You will learn how to study the right way and how to draft high-scoring answers. It is something that is simple to do with the right guidance.

Do you guarantee results? Will Elevate Your IRAC work for me specifically?

If you do the work, commit to the steps in this Program, and follow them, you will elevate your IRAC.

But because I can’t guarantee you won’t be on Netflix and scrolling TikTok videos all day, I obviously cannot guarantee you will get the results.

What I can guarantee is that if you don’t take responsibility and put in the time and effort required, this Program can’t help you pass. This Program contains everything I know about passing the bar exam three times, including some of the toughest bar exams in the nation (Florida and Texas before it was UBE).

One of my clients has already used it to pass the bar exam in two states. Another client used it to BOOST her MEE/MPT score by 49 points. In other words, it didn’t just work for me.

It’s a proven formula that works if you do the work. I am confident that the JD grads who join and do the work will improve their answers and boost their scores by 10, 20, 30, and even 40+ points.

When will the 2-Day Intensive take place?

The next 2-Day Intensive is November 22nd-23rd, 2025.

Anyone who joins now will receive recordings of the 2-Day Intensive from the last cohort so you can get started immediately.

During the 2-Day Intensive, we go from 9:00 AM CST to 4:00 PM CST on Zoom (both days with a lunch break in between). I will send you the Zoom link prior to our calls.

I don’t want to fall behind on the bar prep schedule I created. How much time will this take?

I know you are busy practicing hundreds or thousands of MBE’s, reading your outlines, and drilling your flashcards. BUT how well did the time spent on these tasks work out for you?

If you want to draft high-scoring MEE and MPT answers, it will require you to invest some of your time.

The good news is I designed this Program to help you implement this strategy as quickly as possible so that if you continue to practice what you learn, you are ready for day 1 of the bar exam!

The good news is the time you spend learning to elevate your IRAC will pay off in your score.

Didn’t I already spend enough money on law school, my bar prep course, flashcards, outlines, MBE software, books, and other resources?

Yes, you did! Unfortunately, these resources didn’t help you get the results you want on the bar exam.

Think about how much money you will waste if you don’t pass the bar exam this time because you didn't elevate your IRAC. Think about how much more money you will spend having to take it again.

Think about how much money you will lose every year you are NOT earning an attorney salary or as the founder of your own firm.

The better question is Are you willing to bet on yourself by investing in a Program that can help you boost your written score significantly so that you can finally pass the bar exam?

You can do this.

When you elevate your IRAC, your written score becomes your advantage.

It can even carry you when your MBE score falls short.

This isn’t just about passing the bar.

It’s about becoming the attorney you were meant to be.

One last thing before you postpone because you think the program is too expensive…

How much is it costing you NOT to be licensed?

You’ve already tried on your own with the resources you had and it didn’t get you across the finish line.

Now imagine what bar prep could look like with the right formula, support, and guidance:

  • A clear game plan for exactly what to do and how to use your time.

  • A built-in support system: me and a group of like-minded future attorneys so you’re no longer doing this alone.

  • A sense of control over your schedule, your progress, and yourself.

  • The relief and joy of finally seeing your name on the pass list and stepping into the attorney identity you’ve worked so hard for.

THIS is the real value of the program.

THIS is what you’re investing in.

Every single day you wait is another day you:

Go to the paralegal/law clerk job you don't like.

Watch someone else moving into an attorney position.

Stay stuck in the "I failed the bar exam" cycle.

You don't need another month of "I'm going to think about it."

You can make one decision today that can change the trajectory of your entire life.

Because the only difference between you and the people who pass...is that they decided to do things differently this time and got started.
